Program Manager, Q&R Digital

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Q&R Digital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs within the Q&R Digital portfolio
• Serve as the primary liaison between Q&R business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment with business/user requirements
• Track and report program progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or related discipline
• 5+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years managing large, cross-functional programs in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in software development practices such as Agile
• Formal program/project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) strongly preferred
• Experience with enterprise systems implementation (eQMS, PLM, RIMS, SAP, AI) highly desirable
