Program Manager-Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager-Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Quality Assurance and Customer Experience strategy globally
• Establish and own vendor Quality Assurance team KPIs and strategy
• Manage changes in QA processes and drive adoption with vendors

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of program management, quality assurance or process excellence experience in a high-performance sales organization
• A successful track record of developing internal relationships with leaders, partners, and SMEs
• An ability to excel in execution, establish priorities, and meet swift deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Experience with tools such as Gong, Medallia, Salesforce highly preferred
