Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Quality and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various business entities to serve as a subject matter expert for the global product ship hold process
• Extract, analyze, and validate product data from the ERP system to support quality activities
• Lead cross-functional project teams to identify and implement solutions for product data-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or information-based discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical, operations, or data-focused role using SAP
• Three or more years of experience with field actions and/or product holds preferred
• Mastery of SAP and understanding of product data structures
• Program management experience in a quality function
