Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, RCM IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program execution against contract milestones, deliverable schedules, and performance standards
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities and provide executive-level risk management
• Oversee development and maintenance of all programmatic deliverables while ensuring compliance with security and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of federal program or project management experience; PMP or equivalent preferred
• Experience managing AI/ML, SaaS, data analytics, or health IT programs for federal health agencies
• Knowledge of medical coding and revenue cycle operations
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain government clearance
