Program Manager Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

As an enterprise-level individual contributor, the full-time Program Manager Regulatory Compliance will design, govern, and ensure the effectiveness of regulatory change management and obligations programs while working in a hybrid environment that includes both onsite and remote responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program standards, charters, and procedures for regulatory change management and obligations
• Lead governance forums and provide executive-level reporting on implementation risk and regulatory intelligence
• Manage the regulatory obligations inventory operating model, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational risk tolerance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory program leadership in a regulated industry
• Deep knowledge of compliance management systems and regulatory expectations
• Experience in designing governance frameworks and delivering executive-level reporting
• Preferred certifications include CRCM, CRISC, CISA, CIA, or PMP
