Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with human data vendors, including onboarding and deliverables
• Plan and execute research projects from requirements intake to tracking execution
• Coordinate across various teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in research ops or vendor management
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage ambiguity
• Availability for contract work with flexible workload scaling
• Experience in UX research operations or AI-related fields is a plus
