Program Manager Residential Decarbonization

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Program Manager, Residential Decarbonization, who will manage the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program and oversee vendor and contract management in a full-time hybrid role based in Denver, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, regulatory compliance, and federal reporting for the HEAR/WAP program
• Develop and oversee contracts and grants to drive program implementation and monitor vendor performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program delivery and engage with community organizations

Required qualifications

• Three years of professional experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field plus one year of experience
• Knowledge of energy and building energy programs in Colorado is preferred
• Experience in grant management, administration, or reporting
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
