Key Responsibilities

• Drive the SMB program's management system, overseeing strategic planning and action tracking
• Maintain rigorous program documentation and manage urgent requests based on strategic priorities
• Lead the integration of SMB efforts across Retail and develop frameworks to align priorities across teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or management consulting
• Proven ability to drive alignment across diverse partner groups and influence senior leadership
• Experience working with the Small & Medium Business (SMB) sector, ideally in retail
• Familiarity with field sales organizations and direct-to-customer sales models
