Job Summary

Owning the strategy and continuous improvement of global post-sales processes, the full-time Program Manager, Revenue Operations will manage customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize post-sales processes to enhance customer value realization and support revenue growth
  • Create standardized onboarding journeys with defined success milestones and health metrics to accelerate customer outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience across post-sales tools and processes
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of program management or business transformation experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives involving multiple teams and organizational changes
  • Solid understanding of the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding and expansion
  • Experience with Salesforce and other post-sales platforms such as QuadSci or Outreach
  • Robust analytical skills and experience in presenting to executives
