Job Summary

To optimize prospecting systems and processes, the full-time Program Manager, Revenue Operations will manage pre-pipeline activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Align strategy and governance for global revenue processes supporting lead qualification and pipeline generation
  • Create standard prospecting journeys and establish seamless handoff processes between sales roles to enhance lead conversion
  • Lead initiatives to simplify prospecting workflows, improve user experience, and ensure tool adoption across teams
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in program management, revenue operations, or sales operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in leading large cross-functional initiatives and managing business processes and systems
  • Solid knowledge of the B2B revenue lifecycle, particularly in top-of-funnel strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce and various sales engagement tools, as well as AI-enabled prospecting workflows
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
