Program Manager, RFPs & Adoptions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, RFPs & Adoptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for state and district adoptions and formal RFPs
• Partner closely with various teams to drive adoption readiness
• Define and improve processes for adoption tracking and RFP submission workflows
• Identify gaps or risks related to adoption requirements and dependencies
• Serve as the internal point of contact for adoption and RFP status

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, PMP certification preferred
• Experience managing complex timelines across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills to manage parallel workstreams
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting plans as needed
• Ability to handle confidential material reliably
