Program Manager, Risk Compliance

Job Summary

To optimize the compliance engine behind the vendor credentialing product, the full-time remote Program Manager, Risk Compliance will assess and update frameworks, translate customer requirements into scalable programs, and support vendor compliance tracking and risk management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Update systems to evaluate vendors based on client-defined risk tiers and compliance policies
• Optimize workflows to ensure vendors meet established insurance requirements and document compliance
• Analyze vendor agreements to ensure alignment with risk management objectives and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance, risk management, or vendor credentialing
• Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Proficiency in risk assessment frameworks and insurance certificate tracking
• Experience designing documented processes for high-compliance workflows
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills in fast-paced environments
