Program Manager, SaaS Implementation

Job Summary

Program Manager, SaaS Implementation, is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution of SaaS implementation programs in the insurance technology sector, ensuring project delivery meets timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of active SaaS implementations, ensuring commitments on timeline, scope, quality, margin, and go-live readiness are achieved
• Operate in a player/coach capacity by directly leading at least one major customer implementation while coaching and supporting project managers across delivery engagements
• Oversee financial governance across implementations, including forecasting, margin management, staffing alignment, utilization, and delivery transparency

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations for insurance or financial services organizations
• Proven success leading complex software implementation programs across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
• Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations and technology delivery
• Experience leading project management delivery efforts within a SaaS or enterprise software environment
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and modern delivery tools
