Job Summary
Leading the onboarding strategy for specific roles, the full-time Program Manager, Sales Onboarding will design and deliver impactful onboarding programs, collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding programs that align with MCAPS priorities and accelerate readiness for various roles
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business leaders and enablement teams to ensure onboarding experiences are scalable and measurable
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, program management, or corporate education
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent with 1+ year of relevant experience
- Experience leading complex onboarding or learning programs from strategy through execution
- Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with automation and AI solutions to enhance onboarding efficiency
