Job Summary

Leading the onboarding strategy for specific roles, the full-time Program Manager, Sales Onboarding will design and deliver impactful onboarding programs, collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs that align with MCAPS priorities and accelerate readiness for various roles
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business leaders and enablement teams to ensure onboarding experiences are scalable and measurable
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 2+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, program management, or corporate education
  • OR Master's Degree or equivalent with 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Experience leading complex onboarding or learning programs from strategy through execution
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with automation and AI solutions to enhance onboarding efficiency
