Program Manager, SCM Domain

Job Summary

Serving as the operational lead for the SCM Domain, the full-time remote Program Manager, SCM Domain will manage cross program operations, customer engagement, and delivery oversight for adjacent SCM efforts while collaborating with various stakeholders and supporting the VP of SCM Domain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate SCM Domain activities to ensure consistent delivery practices and customer engagement across programs
• Act as a senior point of contact for VA SCM stakeholders, maintaining trusted relationships and translating priorities into actionable insights
• Provide program management oversight for smaller SCM contracts, managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality to meet customer expectations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of federal program and project management experience, particularly with VA or federal health supply chain programs
• Proven experience managing national scale programs with broad stakeholder reach
• Experience with federal contracts and budgets, including compliance and deliverables management
• Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organizational levels
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance
