Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects
• Define program/project objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics
• Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, with at least 3 years in ServiceNow projects
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules
• Experience in project governance, planning, and budget management
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
