Program Manager, Site Security

Job Summary

To support enterprise site security initiatives, the full-time Program Manager, Site Security will manage technology evaluations, develop operational strategies, and lead the transition of pilot programs into scalable operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies and operational capabilities to enhance efficiency and security
• Design and implement operating models for the integration of new technologies into standard business operations
• Manage a portfolio of strategic operational initiatives, including defining program scope and execution plans

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise operational programs, technology operations, or security operations
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies for operational adoption within a large enterprise or technology company
• Demonstrated success in transitioning technologies from pilot phases to enterprise-scale deployment
• Strong understanding of enterprise operational processes and change management
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving executive stakeholders
