Program Manager, Software Delivery

Job Summary

Leading complex software delivery programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Software Delivery will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure successful execution of initiatives while improving delivery practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage software delivery programs to align with organizational strategy and business objectives
• Define program goals, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps in collaboration with technology stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-project dependencies, risks, timelines, and priorities to support cohesive end-to-end delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, program management, or related technology leadership roles
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent software delivery initiatives or programs
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional software programs from initiation through delivery
• PMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred
