Program Manager, Software Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead complex software implementations in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex software implementation programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and financial targets are met
• Lead day-to-day execution across program teams, including program leads and scrum teams
• Use delivery metrics to assess program health, identify risks, and drive resolution across teams

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in software delivery or program management
• Proven experience delivering SaaS or packaged software implementations in an Agile environment
• Experience in Property & Casualty and/or Life, Annuity, and Health Insurance domains
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to manage delivery performance
• Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira or similar platforms
