Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and support M&A integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end M&A integration execution, including pre-close planning and post-merger measurement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired teams during the transition period
  • Build and report integration KPIs to leadership and create integration playbooks and frameworks
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in BizOps, Program Management, M&A Integration, or similar roles at high-growth technology companies
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple departments
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives like Quote to Cash or Procure to Pay
  • Strong analytical skills to structure problems and develop creative solutions
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
