Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

Owning the execution of critical strategic initiatives, the full-time Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives will drive cross-functional projects across Finance, Support, Enterprise, Partnerships, and Operations while working closely with the Vice President, Operations in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives and projects
• Drive alignment among stakeholders across various departments to ensure project success
• Build and maintain systems for tracking and reporting on initiatives using Asana

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in program or project management or business operations, preferably in healthcare software or SaaS
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion without direct authority
• Experience with Asana, including building trackers and reporting workflows
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage evolving priorities
