Job Summary
To support the Partnerships team, the full-time Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives will operationalize high-priority strategic programs, focusing on scaling the glasses seeding strategy across partners and events while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set and drive priorities to achieve partnership and seeding objectives
- Own and scale the strategic seeding roadmap for glasses across various regions and verticals
- Design and implement program models that facilitate repeatable execution and partner activation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic programs, partnerships, or operations
- Proven track record of building and scaling measurable programs
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
- Experience translating complex topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
