Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end performance management of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Facilitate departmental annual planning processes and prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Build relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and address resource gaps and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Master's degree preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
• Experience in managing projects and driving execution in complex environments
