Program Manager, Strategy & Operations

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional programs from concept through launch, the full-time remote Program Manager, Strategy & Operations will manage integrated project plans, ensure successful delivery across product verticals, and continuously improve operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management across product verticals, ensuring timely delivery from development to launch
• Drive integrated project plans across multiple teams to maintain alignment and schedule adherence
• Identify risks and facilitate decisions with cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives on track

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or content operations
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong operational mindset with a track record of implementing scalable solutions
• Experience incorporating AI tools into workflows to enhance efficiency
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Airtable
