Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional initiatives impacting Styling and client experience
• Drive cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment and accountability to timelines and outcomes
• Develop executive-ready communication on progress, risks, and key decisions

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategy in a complex environment
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept through delivery
• Analytical skills to evaluate tradeoffs and inform decisions with data
• Ability to influence and build alignment across cross-functional teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage both details and big-picture priorities
