Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of supplemental benefits programs, ensuring successful delivery and optimization
  • Oversee vendor management for various benefit categories, ensuring accountability and performance
  • Coordinate large implementations across multiple departments and external partners to improve operational processes


Required Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy with a focus on large implementations
  • Deep experience in vendor management, including performance oversight and SLA management
  • Strong domain expertise in supplemental benefits within Medicare Advantage
  • Working knowledge of healthcare operational functions such as network management and claims processing
  • Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams effectively
