Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of supplemental benefits programs, ensuring successful delivery and optimization
- Oversee vendor management for various benefit categories, ensuring accountability and performance
- Coordinate large implementations across multiple departments and external partners to improve operational processes
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy with a focus on large implementations
- Deep experience in vendor management, including performance oversight and SLA management
- Strong domain expertise in supplemental benefits within Medicare Advantage
- Working knowledge of healthcare operational functions such as network management and claims processing
- Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams effectively
