Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Talent Development Mentorship, Executive Coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the strategy, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent development programs
- Conducts capability and learning needs assessments to identify performance gaps
- Develops scalable learning solutions using blended, virtual, and in-person modalities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in HR, OD, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Experience leading enterprise-scale learning initiatives or cross-functional programs
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise learning systems
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and talent development practices
- Proficiency with enterprise learning technologies and strong program management skills
