Program Manager, Talent Management

Job Summary

To foster a high-performing culture, the full-time remote Program Manager, Talent Management will design, implement, and manage talent programs, ensuring effective execution of key initiatives such as talent development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for key People Team initiatives, collaborating with Operations and Analytics
• Develop and execute clear communication strategies across the organization in partnership with leadership
• Establish and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, tracking progress and providing performance updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience focused on project/program management or as an HR Business Partner
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement and metrics tracking
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and oversight
• Excellent writing skills with a storytelling approach to communications
