Program Manager - TAT Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Authorization Turnaround Time Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs focused on utilization management turnaround time governance and improvement
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution, ensuring alignment with TAT standards
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance and compliance with TAT requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
