Program Manager Tech 2

Job Summary

Supporting network hardware planning in a remote capacity, the contract Program Manager Tech 2 will manage stakeholder interfaces on technical matters, generate weekly demand or supply supportability reports, and develop project schedules and functional specifications to guide implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with clients on technical and project matters from initiation through delivery
• Provide program/project schedules and create status reports
• Support network hardware planning by generating weekly demand or supply supportability reports for specific devices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience
• Experience in supply planning, operations, or technology-related supply chain
• Deep understanding of MS-SQL, Kusto, and BI
• Experience with Power BI for creating reports and dashboards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
