- Create functional specifications and manage project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Document business requirements and manage internal escalations to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration, or 5+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of corporate experience in Program Management related to information management or solution management
- Experience using Microsoft Project for developing project schedules
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis, SQL, and Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
