Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of telecommunications and network modernization programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Technology will manage multiple related projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex telecom and network technology programs, overseeing multiple related projects
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, managing risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Ensure clear communication of program status, timelines, impacts, and risks to leadership and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of project or program management experience in telecommunications or technology
• Proven experience leading multi-project programs or complex technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, platforms, and telecom environments
• Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
