Program Manager, Technology

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of telecommunications and network modernization programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Technology will coordinate project teams, manage cross-functional alignment, and ensure program outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of complex telecom and network technology programs, overseeing multiple related projects
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, managing program governance and risk management
• Ensure clear communication of program status and support continuous improvement of program management processes

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of project or program management experience in telecommunications or technology
• Proven experience leading multi-project programs or complex technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and telecom environments
• Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
