Program Manager, Technology Adoption

Job Summary

To support a growing advisory firm, the full-time Program Manager, Technology Adoption will drive the adoption of internal technology platforms and AI-enabled workflows, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable workstreams and manage an operating cadence for key initiatives
• Serve as the business-side owner for technology adoption, developing training materials and tracking adoption metrics to ensure effective integration into daily processes
• Project manage cross-functional initiatives, maintaining project plans and coordinating with various stakeholders to drive operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or business transformation in a professional services or technology environment
• Proven track record of driving adoption of new tools and processes across an organization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Excellent executive communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex issues into clear updates and action plans
• Experience working with senior executives and maintaining accountability across teams
