Program Manager, Technology Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Technology Strategy Enablement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate the company's long-term technology vision and partner with leaders to refine project sequencing
• Gather project desires and identify potential constraints with the Enterprise Project Office and stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio risks, review new projects for alignment with the strategic roadmap, and recommend adjustments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management, or High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
• PMP certification preferred; PgMP certification preferred
• Experience in program management, portfolio management, and/or PMO
• Understanding of banking technology and ability to prioritize competing project resources
• Organizational Change Management skills or experience is a plus
