Program Manager - Telecommunications

Job Summary

To support a critical federal IT initiative, the remote contracted Program Manager - Telecommunications will direct a 25-person team in the seamless transition of DoD service records, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with federal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct overall performance and work distribution of the TSST workforce, maintaining full staffing levels during transitions
• Serve as the primary interface between corporate teams, the DITCO Transition PMO, and telecommunications contractors
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan to oversee data validation and service order processing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of IT experience, with expertise in Federal/DoD IT or telecommunications program management
• Active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) security clearance at the time of performance start
• Experience managing Firm-Fixed-Price service contracts and leading large teams in high-security environments
• Availability to attend government meetings during standard business hours and support evening transitions as needed
