Program Manager, Testing Lead

Job Summary

To oversee and manage an enterprise-wide initiative, the full-time remote Program Manager, Testing Lead will define, document, execute, and track test progress while facilitating discussions and collaborating with team members and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute an end-to-end test strategy across multiple legacy and acquired systems
• Manage complex defect cycles and perform root-cause analysis using enterprise tools
• Summarize test progress, quality metrics, and risks for executive stakeholders and program governance teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong experience with test strategy and creating detailed test plans in a large enterprise organization
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SmartSheet
• Experience with data testing and system integration
• Knowledge of test automation tools and processes for implementation
