Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Data Impact & Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, manage, direct, and implement program activities from documentation through final deliverables
• Lead coordination and execution of the AI core competencies framework across MD Anderson and UT System
• Develop program plans, timelines, and financial projections while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs

Required Qualifications and Education

• Required: Bachelor's Degree; Preferred: Master's Degree
• Required: 5 years of related experience, including three years in program management, or 3 years with a Master's degree
• Preferred: 5+ years in program management within healthcare, higher education, or research institutions
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs and coordinating cross-institutional initiatives
• Strong organizational skills and expertise in budget management and reporting
