Program Manager - Trading Cards

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager for Trading Cards Casebreaks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Trading Cards, including category growth and seller programs
• Collaborate with category leadership to shape priorities and translate strategy into actionable plans
• Define processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or startups in Strategy, Operations, or PMO functions
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and KPI design
• High ownership mindset with a focus on execution and follow-through
