Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in business, engineering, operations, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in project management, transformation, operations, or process improvement
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technology-driven environments preferred
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
