Program Manager - Translation Execution

Job Summary

Driving execution across a complex, cross-functional product environment, the remote contract Program Manager - Translation Execution will own the translation and localization process, ensuring deliverables are integrated, validated, and ready for release while supporting broader program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end translation and localization execution, ensuring deliverables are defect-free and ready for release
• Drive program execution across workstreams, managing milestone tracking, cross-functional coordination, and risk mitigation
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet to enhance workflow visibility and manage dependencies

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years in program/project management in complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams with heavy dependencies
• Strong working proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
• Experience in engineering, content, and/or documentation workflows
• Ability to influence teams and drive alignment without direct authority
