Program Manager - Translation Execution

Job Summary

Driving execution across a complex, cross-functional product environment, the remote contract Program Manager - Translation Execution will own the end-to-end translation and localization process, ensuring deliverables are validated and ready for release while supporting broader program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own translation and localization execution, ensuring all deliverables are fully translated, validated, and defect-free
• Drive program execution across workstreams, including milestone tracking, cross-functional coordination, and risk management
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in workflows, ensuring structured handoffs and clear ownership across teams

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years in program/project management in complex, cross-functional environments
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams with heavy dependencies
• Strong working proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
• Experience working with engineering, content, and documentation workflows
• Ability to influence teams and drive alignment without direct authority
