Program Manager, Vendor Management

Job Summary

Supporting operational improvements and vendor management activities, the full-time remote Program Manager, Vendor Management will identify optimization opportunities, lead program components, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives
• Lead certain components of the program and support end-to-end implementations
• Develop tools and standards to enhance team programs based on retrospectives

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience, including creating dashboards and playbooks
• 4+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
• PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets (preferred)
