Program Manager, Vendor Management

Job Summary

Supporting operational improvements and vendor management initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager, Vendor Management will optimize program objectives, lead implementations, and ensure operational excellence across departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify optimization opportunities to support program objectives
• Lead end-to-end implementations and manage project plans
• Develop tools and standards to enhance team programs based on retrospectives

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience
• 4+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
• Experience creating dashboards and playbooks
• PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets (preferred)
