Job Summary

Providing comprehensive management for the LEAP Global project, the remote Program Manager, Virginia Licensed, will oversee project operations, financial management, and personnel recruitment while ensuring compliance with U.S. Government contracts and delivering on project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the LEAP Global project, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of project milestones
• Oversee project finances, including budget management, expenditure approvals, and financial reporting
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management for project staff, serving as the primary administrative point of contact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant work experience, including managing U.S. Government contracts
• Demonstrated experience with financial management and budget tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong understanding of U.S. government compliance, including FAR
