Program Manager, Visual Merchandising

Job Summary

Managing North America and LATAM visual merchandising programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Visual Merchandising will oversee purchase orders, support financial reporting, and ensure cross-functional visibility while collaborating with external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a subset of retailer programs within North America and LATAM
• Lead the creation of direct and indirect purchase orders for North America and LATAM
• Prepare monthly accrual lists for Fixed Assets and manage tracking reports

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of managing cross-functional teams, with vendor management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• SAP knowledge is a plus
