Program Manager with Coaching Certification

Job Summary

To support program implementation, the full-time remote Program Manager with Coaching Certification will serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the Department of Transportation (DOT), coordinating scheduling and administrative activities while managing communication strategies and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the initial kickoff meeting with DOT and manage timelines and processes for program implementation
• Maintain communication with the DOT Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative, resolving challenges related to service quality
• Support participant intake, coach matching, and oversee program activities, engagement status, and performance tracking

Required qualifications

• Current, active International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential
• Minimum of five years of experience working in or supporting the Federal Government
• Demonstrated program management and coordination experience
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and coordinate with Government customers and stakeholders
