Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a large software development effort for a government customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and resource needs
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration and clarity of roles
- Identify risks, manage project scope, and ensure compliance with quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's degree is highly desired
- PMP or equivalent certification required; Agile certifications preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing IT teams and serving as a program manager
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software management or software development
