Program Manager with DoD Clearance

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive technical and administrative supervision, the full-time Program Manager with DoD Clearance will oversee the Senior Information Security Officer support contract at USTRANSCOM, managing teams and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate all contract support activities across multiple task areas
• Serve as the primary interface with Government management, enforcing work standards and reviewing discrepancies
• Oversee the strategic rollout of the command's Zero Trust Implementation Plan and track compliance with federal mandates

Required qualifications:

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
• 5 years of program management experience and 10 years of leadership experience in IT or consulting
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
• Active Project or Program Management certification from an accredited institution
• Completion of the Defense Cyber Crime Center Cyber 101 course required
