Program Manager with PBM Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise PBM transformation and manage multiple workstreams
• Act as a strategic conduit between business, IT, and executive leadership
• Engage with vendors and oversee key systems integration efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise-scale program management roles
• Mandatory experience leading PBM-related initiatives in the healthcare space
• Proven ability to manage complex program budgets of $50M-$60M+
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required
